Big Sandy Home Furnishings Superstore

Big Sandy’s purchased the 2 story racquetball court & health club facility and charged Drake Architecture with designing and renovating the space to fit the look and feel of Big Sandy’s. After a complete demolition of the building leaving only its main structure behind it was decided to add a new 2 story 3000sqft entry and an additional 3000sqft of storage and loading docks at the rear. Bringing the total square footage to just over 30,000 sqft. Drake Architecture worked closely with Big Sandy’s in-house design team to create this unique one-of-a-kind showroom.
