Lock Box 290

This unique project transformed a 1920’s bank into an amazing event/banquet hall. The previous owner installed a lay-in ceiling and once it was removed revealing the 45’ tall single-story space we just knew we had to maximize this venue. A second story that would encompass the perimeter creating a palazzo-like feel would allow for twice the amount of seating and not cut off the volume from the first floor. The original wood was restored and the bank vaults have been retained to add to its charm and history. Even the name is an ode to the town’s prohibition era history.
